Kathy Sue Smith, 67, of rural Missouri passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025 at her home. The daughter of Harold and Genevieve "Jenny" (Walls) Green, she was born on September 22, 1957 in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. She was a high school graduate and attended college where she received her associate degree. On May 14, 1994, in Kilwinning, Missouri, she was united in marriage to William E. Smith and to this union one son, Joshua, was born.

Kenneth P. McKenry, 61, of Urbana passed away at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday (May 7, 2019).
Ken was born on June 3, 1957, to parents Marion and Carole (Mackey) McKenry.
On Sept. 7, 2007, he married Christine Erickson in Niagara Falls. She survives.
Also surviving are his mother, Carole McKenry of Centennial, Colo.; his children, Neal McKenry (Lauryl) of Paxton and Ellyn Lord (Travis) of Argenta; and his stepchildren, Erica Kirkpatrick (Joel), Andrew Smith and Morgan Nierenhausen (Kyle). Ken’s sisters, Melea DiLisio (Jim) of Canon City, Colo., Marcie Sardinta (Dave) of Granby, Colo., and eight grandchildren also survive him.

Deborah Rae Curtin, 58, of Mahomet left this life after her courageous battle with cancer, in her home surrounded by her family on Sunday (July 5, 2015).
Debbie was born on May 25, 1957, the eldest daughter of Charlie and Ruth (King) Miller. She graduated from the University of Illinois and worked as chief of the Environmental Processes Branch, Construction Engineering Research Laboratory Engineer Research and Development Center, Champaign.
She was married to her loving husband, Ted Curtin, for 37 wonderful years.
